Bio

Sapna Mahboobani is a business and technology lawyer providing corporate/commercial business legal services to entrepreneurs and their companies.

Legal Experience: Sapna graduated from the University of Toronto with a dual degree – a Masters in Information Studies and a Juris Doctor in Law. After university, she gained valuable experience in corporate/commercial and technology law from a leading national Bay Street firm. With this experience, Sapna gained both hard legal skills and soft management skills needed to successfully practice law for clients at every stage of their business. 

Technology Experience: Sapna has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and spent many years working for a leading global IT company. She started her career as a developer and moved on to the role of business and client development.  She has worked with technology first-hand and understands the business around developing, providing and consuming technology.

Entrepreneurship: Being an entrepreneur herself, Sapna endeavors to keep her practice lean and is constantly innovating how she does business. She has eliminated unnecessary overhead, saving on costs and increasing her efficiency.  Going through the process of starting an enterprise herself, Sapna understands your pain points and your concerns with how your resources are spent and she works to provide you with services that adapt to your special needs
